Little One Pala — 2-Day Return SLA & Mandatory Opening Video Rules

At Little One Pala (Pala Municipal Building, Main Road, Pala, Kottayam, Kerala - 686575), customer satisfaction and child safety are our highest priorities. All items undergo quality inspection before dispatch. To ensure fairness and protect our store against fraudulent claims, the following Return, Exchange, and Refund rules strictly apply.

[STRICT 2-DAY RETURN WINDOW] All return, damage, missing item, or defect claims must be reported within 2 DAYS (48 HOURS) from the date and time of delivery. Claims submitted after 48 hours will be automatically rejected without exception.


1. Mandatory Opening / Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund due to damage, manufacturing defect, or wrong item delivered, a mandatory, continuous, unedited 360-degree unboxing video is REQUIRED.

  • Continuous & Uncut: The video must be recorded in one single continuous shot. Edited, cut, merged, or paused videos will NOT be accepted.

  • Initial Parcel Condition: The video MUST start by showing all 6 sides of the sealed outer parcel, clearly displaying the intact shipping label and tracking number.

  • Opening Process: The video must show the parcel being opened and the product extracted and inspected on camera.

  • Defect Display: The damage, missing part, or incorrect size/item must be clearly focused and pointed out in the video frame.

*Note: Return claims submitted without a valid opening video matching these criteria will be rejected.*

2. Eligible Return Criteria

A return or replacement claim will be considered ONLY under the following circumstances:

  • Transit Damage: Item physically broken or damaged during delivery (proven by unboxing video).

  • Manufacturing Defect: Major manufacturing fault like stitching tears, missing key components, or non-functional electronics upon unboxing.

  • Wrong Item Sent: Item received does not match the ordered item model, color, or size specified in order invoice.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to strict hygiene standards for infants and safety rules for delicate goods, the following items are STRICTLY NON-RETURNABLE:

  • Baby Clothing & Apparel: Washed, worn, altered, or un-tagged baby clothes, frocks, jhablas, or rompers.

  • Hygiene Essentials: Cloth diapers, disposable diapers, pacifiers, teethers, feeding bottles, bath wipes, swaddles, blankets, and bedding kits once opened.

  • RC Toys & Electronic Misuse: RC cars, excavators, drones, or electronic toys damaged due to crash/impact, water exposure, improper charging, or reverse battery insertion.

  • Subjective Dislike: Returns requested because of change of mind, slight color shade variation, or failure to read product specifications prior to purchase.

  • Missing Original Packaging: Products returned without original store box, tags, polybags, or accessories.

4. Return & Refund Process

  • Step 1 - Report Claim: Contact Little One Pala support within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp/Email with your Order ID, invoice copy, and the mandatory opening video file/link.

  • Step 2 - Verification: Our store team will cross-check the video against pre-dispatch package logs within 24 to 48 hours.

  • Step 3 - Item Return: If approved, you will be instructed to drop off the item at our Pala Municipal Building store or ship it back via courier.

  • Step 4 - Resolution: Upon physical receipt and verification at our store:

  • - Free Replacement: Provided if item is in stock.

  • - Refund / Store Credit: If replacement stock is unavailable, a full refund to your original payment mode (or store credit) will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without penalty. Once an order is manifested or picked up by DTDC / local delivery rider, it cannot be cancelled. If delivery is refused at doorstep, actual shipping and return courier charges will be deducted from any eligible refund.
