Shipping & Delivery Policy

Little One Pala — Local Delivery & DTDC Courier Guidelines

At Little One Pala (Pala Municipal Building, Pala, Kottayam, Kerala - 686575), we strive to deliver your orders promptly and safely. Below are the terms governing our shipping logistics, delivery timelines, and courier services.

1. Delivery Services Offered

1.1 Local Delivery (Pala & Surrounding Regions)

For customers located in Pala municipal area and specified nearby pincodes, we offer direct Local Delivery:

  • Estimated Timeline: 1 to 2 business days from order confirmation.

  • Offers & Rates: Local delivery charges vary based on exact location and cart value. Free or discounted local delivery offers are made available on limited promotional items or orders exceeding threshold amounts.

1.2 Courier Delivery via DTDC (Pan-Kerala & Pan-India)

For destinations outside our local delivery zone, all shipments are dispatched via DTDC Express / Courier Services:

  • Kerala Destinations: Estimated 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch.

  • Rest of India: Estimated 4 to 7 business days post-dispatch.

2. Processing & Dispatch Timelines

  • Standard Processing: Orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on Sundays/holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Charges & Offers

  • Calculation: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight, delivery pincode, and chosen courier mode.

  • Promotional Offers: Free shipping or flat-rate shipping offers apply to limited promotional items as advertised on our store catalog.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package is manifested and picked up by DTDC or local delivery personnel, a tracking number (AWB) and courier tracking link will be sent to your registered WhatsApp number, SMS, or Email.

5. Delivery Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

[CUSTOMER ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY] Customers must provide a complete shipping address including house/building name, landmark, correct 6-digit pincode, and an active mobile phone number.


  • Address Changes: Shipping address cannot be modified once the package is dispatched/manifested.

  • Return to Origin (RTO): If a shipment is returned to Little One Pala due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability after multiple courier attempts, the order will be cancelled. Re-shipping charges or courier RTO charges will be deducted from any refund/store credit.

6. Package Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect the outer condition of the parcel upon receiving it from the courier rider. If the outer carton/polybag is torn, severely crushed, or tampered with, please record an unboxing video before opening, or note the damage with the courier rider.
